Many native animals in Australia are victims as they encountered bushfires and most of them are in bad shape. There are literally thousands of animals that have been orphaned, injured, or even killed however, some where lucky. Sam the koala was found by a firefighter and was rescued, she was one of the lucky ones that survived.In my opinion, i believe that they did a really good deed however, i feel terrible that most of the animals did not survive the intensity of the fires. I also hope that bushfires would someday be prevented so more animals could be safe.
